Evelin’s Grilled Cheese

Yield: 2 Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of White Bread

  • ¼ cup Softened Butter

  • ½ cup Grated Pepper Jack Cheese

  • 4 slices Ripe Avocado (thin slices)

  • 4 thin slices of Tomato, (thin slices, seeds removed)

  • 6 Fresh Basil leaves

Directions:

Butter the bread lightly on both sides.  In between the slices of bread add some grated cheese, avocado, tomato and basil then top with additional cheese.  Melt some of the butter in a saute pan. For 3-5 minutes heat and toast the grill cheese before flipping it over to brown the other side for the same amount of time
